I'm now available on VGen! This T.O.S still apply in Vgen, there's not much changes I made except add-ons and lil bit of clean up here. This T.O.S still important as there some clients that couldn't pay through Vgen.
disclaimers
- I'm Muslim and there are some requests that I couldn't fulfil. The request will be politely decline if it's against my religion.
- English is not my first language. If applicable, please provide the information in simple terms or somewhere that both of us can understand. I will let you know if I don't understand the information you provided.
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
communications
- I will update at each major change in the drawing process.
You should request an update and I will provide one within the next 2-3 days.
- You can contact me via email ([email protected]), Discord (@wiwowio), Instagram or direct messages in any platform available.
general
- Disclose whether your commission request is for personal or commercial use when contacting me.
- You must provide me detail descriptions, references, desired poses or character sheet(s) BEFORE paying.
- Payment is due in full upfront. No refunds after approved sketch.
- If you want specific custom size for your artwork, please mention that in your request.
- Changes can be made while I'm doing your commission.> All commissions will have a watermark and non version.
> Upon completion of the artwork, I will send the high-resolution version through email. So, do provide your email beforehand. My email = [email protected]
(VGen is an exception as I can just send the good resolutions there.)

- Furries (Kemonomimi is ok!)

- NSFW / Fetishes
- Controversial artwork
- Offensive / Problematic content
- Scene/Landscapes/BuildingsI will draw anything as long as it's not out of my league or against my religion. I will tell you beforehand if i couldn't draw the character(s).
payment
I accept payment through :> VGen
> PayPal
> Maybank/QR Pay
(If you have a problem or wish to use other payment methods, we can discuss about it together.)MYR currencies will tally with Vgen prices. (e.g 15 USD equals to 59.31 MYR)- Payment is due in full upfront. Terms are negotiable if needed.
- Do not send ANY payment before I have requested it.
- I won’t send the final product until I received full payment.
refunds
- You can ask for refund if I haven't start your commission.
- If ever under any circumstance I cannot finish the artwork overtime, you may ask for a refund based on how much has been finished.
add-ons
- You can request extra characters in one illustration no more than one character for free, more than stated will have an additional charge. Extra characters are available as add-ons +$30 each.
- Add-ons ONLY available in Half/Full Body category.
deadlines and delivery
- The deadline will be discussed beforehand. USUALLY it takes around 2-4 weeks or more, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and etc.
revisions
- Changes can be made while I'm doing your commission. All major revisions to the composition and posing must be requested in the sketch phase of the drawing.
- Clients may not request large changes once lineart is started. Minor changes is accepted.
- When I started on the colouring stage, changes on the drawing will not be made nor accepting any changes request whether it is just minor changes.
- NO REVISIONS AFTER THE FINAL PIECE HAVE BEEN SENT. Exceptions can be made for small or easy changes. It will vary from case to case.
copyright
I, Tokii ( the artist ), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:- Promote the art and myself everywhere.
- Display it everywhere to my liking ( website, social media, portfolio, etc.)The buyer is allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use ( note : you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc ).
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings. ( note : make sure to credit me )> You don't have the right for commercial use of my art unless it was specifically discussed.
> I prohibit using my art in NFTs or AI training.
